My migraines tend to stick around in three day lots. Then I get a three day break and then they come back, basically. I'm only now getting much better. XD

Maybe he's not on a motorcycle, and he's actually on a big wheel. So all he's trying to do is get some momentum by violently pushing it froward with his hips. Nothing sexual at all.
