I guess it's a personal taste. I can see why some people would find him hot. He's definitely not cute though lol he's too manly for that. Cute would be someone like Hwoarang.

I think it's generally accepted as a one-night stand. Jun was just mystically "drawn" to Kazuya, and then she went off to the woods to give birth to Jin, and raise him until she was attacked when he was 15.
