I wish I knew Swedish so I could teach you. :P

I've actually just started teaching myself Japanese. It's fun, but I know it's going to be a lot of repetitive work trying to memorize all of the hiragana/katakana.

Japanese can be fun. The Katakana is a bunch of straight lines and I like them. Hiragana confused me until I memorised the differences between は、ほ&ま.

Something to remember: In Hiragana to extend vocals appropriately (on paper) you would add another Hiragana after the desired Hiragana, while with Katakana you just add a straight line after it.

I could use for better vocabulary though... it's pretty dry when the only things I can understand are "KONBO", "SUUPAA" and "KUROSSU TAIMAA". :maybe

LOL! Thanks for the advice. XD

Yeah, I've found that, unlike the first time I tried learning Japanese, having applicable vocab words to learn as I'm learning how to read is definitely encouraging. I mean, it's one thing to learn how to read and write, but it's a whole 'nother thing to actually realize that you can read and write real words with what you've just learned... if that makes sense. :P

I'm interested on learning some japanese, so if someone here wants to give me a hand, I'll be glad to accept it. The only user I know that should be able understand japanese is Aozame (I think) lol.

Hmmmmm....I knew Japanese would get most of the votes. But anyways I picked French because I'm being forced to take Spanish in High School but I've always been more interested in France period, the language and other off topic things. I like Spanish, I think the language is attractive and all but I love French alot. So who is willing to teach French? I'll gladly learn and accept your wisdom.

I can give you a pointer. Unless it is intended in your username's pronounciation, then otherwise your Katakana pronounciation would be ラックスゲッマー.

Again, comes down to the proper pronounciation of your username and much like Zero's Light version of Raikousen in UMvC3, it is ambigious (to me at the moment).

I just put "Lucas gamer" on Google Translate lol, and that's what I've got (ルーカス ゲーマー). So, I think it's intended on my real name pronunciation with the word "gamer" afterwards :P

Thanks!

Hmm... well that makes a lot more sense if it's just Lucas + gamer, basically. I probably wouldn't stretch the "ru" syllable though because Lucas isn't pronounced like it under normal circumstances, so remove the straight line that comes after "ru" and it would be just "ルカス ゲーマー".

OH WAIT.

There's a Nintendo character "Lucas" from Mother 3 (part of Mother / Earthbound series) and want to know what it's Katakana is? "リュカ"

... okay. Now I'm hella confused myself.
