Saw the Japanese tier list, and I disagree.

Nina is too low, she shouldn't be on the B list. She can flash kick into a regular chain to a tag launcher which is all hit confirm. It's also ridiculous, it's a 6-7 hit chain combo. Her pokes is also really good with crouching MK, crouching MP, and standing HK.

And Raven is too high. Ryu seems to be reasonable at S, his frame traps is ridiculous.

Rufus, Juri, Rolento are reasonable. I watched alot of Rolento's on stream, and he's annoying character to face.

I'm fine where Ibuki is at A tier. She's good in this game.

Hugo and Zangief should be higher.

on capcoms facebook it says we will be gettting 3 free color packs ( 4 in each pack ) Coustumes $13 for whole SF Side and vise-versa if u just want a specific charater it will just be $1 and that we will gett patches for Online Play And Some Extra Gems 2 ( Also Free )

The PC version will be out in May 11 this year.And without DLC-on-disk on launch.

I don't think having the content on disc makes any difference at this point. In fact logically the only reason it isn't there is because they know it can be unlocked by someone skilled enough and that the PC version should be extra easy to do that with.

Yeah, it's not like they have much choice either.People have already started to issiue complaints to BBB(Better Business Berau),and Capcom still atcts like notting has happend to them,but is rather quick to point fingers at us.

This is what Harada will do to Ono's version of the Cross Over.

I knew this would be the case. This pretty much confirms the Vita gets these characters via a free DLC code that also works for the PS3.
