The Suzuki Pikes Peak was in GT2. :ho

Yeah, and it was THE godtier car. A bit tough to beat. It did feel a bit nerfed in Gran Turismo 4 though, the handling was a bit too stiff than from earlier games. I haven't driven it in Gran Turismo 5, but I'm fairly sure it hasn't changed very much.

Yeah, it was THE best car to have in GT2 and GT3. It had great speed, acceleration, and maneuverability.

I hate to see this car nerfed in GT 4 and GT5.... Damn that car was best car to use mostly in rally...

Well of course. That car was made to dominate the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, which it did and has done for quite a few years... Granted the car has been updated with the new iterations of the Escudo model...

I find it kinda funny that this is the base model of the car. At first glance, it's not the kind of car you'd picture having nearly 1000 horsepower and dominating one of the most grueling rally events in the world. But still, the similarities are very apparent...

^^It looks alright, I like the back though, reminds me of the Toyota FT-86.

The front looks like a Nissan to me..

Just posting my dream car here since I love it so much:

Image

Toyota says it is not rushing the Supra successor but instead is waiting to see how the sales and interests of its GT86/FR-S goes. If all goes well they will bring back the Supra in 2014 or 2015.

Sure bring back the Supra but why not the MR2 and the Celica?

Because the Supra was Toyota's flagship sports car. The MR2 and the Celica weren't quite as popular as the Supra.

I definitely want the 86 to do good in sales and for Toyota to bring back the Supra. Loved that car, especially the Mark III and the Mark IV ones...

Indeed. Except when the tuner culture gets ahold of it. Body kits and aftermarket spoilers really ruin the car...

Ugh, just looked it up. Poor thing looks like it got mangled... [thumbsdown]

As for the Nissan Skyline, that's a pretty awesome car. Most of us know the GT-R trim of it though. My personal favorite Skyline GT-R is the R32.

There's a real good picture of it I think...

@Thrasher: Oh come on, it isn't that bad...I actually love it! I love Supra modifications [inlove]

That's a nice 1972 Skyline GT-R, A true classic beauty. The Skyline GT-R R32 is a nice car but the R33 will always be my favorite [inlove]
