How Many Characters Do You actually use?

I think the best way to deal with unfamiliarity is to train as other characters, anyway I notice some ppl play with like various while others play as 1. So out of interest how many characters do you guys even use? Recently I've only really been using armor king and thats it

I generally get into one and then just use them. But I can use about 10 at a decent level.

I use at least 6 characters well. I can use about 14 at a decent level.

as for actually srsly playing them. its always 2-4. in tekken those would be lee, hei and leo

Then there's Paul, Ganryu, Yoshimitsu and Xiaoyu... that makes five characters in total. I do play around with other characters too like Kazuya, Armor King and Lars too, but I am mostly content with the first five.

In tournament, I play only Dragunov. In casuals and long set matches, I play Dragunov and Lars. If I'm helping someone learn the game, or I'm just playing someone I know I can beat anyway, I'll play Lee, Jin, or Kaz, and sometimes Lars if I want to hear them rage.

So, in total, five. But only one-to-two seriously.

Those are the characters I play with. But the ones I actually use on a regular basis are Nina Williams, Asuka Kazama and Zafina.

In all seriousness though, bro, I'm glad to hear you like using him. I personally find Lars to be a very fun character, so it's good to know even people that dislike his personality (and place in the story) do as well.

On-topic: Competitively I use Zafina, Lee and Dragunov, Drag isnt on the same level as the other 2 but there are sometimes and/or some matchups where I feel more comfortable using him instead of Lee/Zaffy.
Casually? I have Lars, Lili, Miguel, Anna, Steve, Yoshimitsu, Bryan, Asuka and (recently) Julia, as well as the 3 previously mentioned characters if shit gets real

I remember an active MSN chat a few months ago, and then there was an attempt to make TN's chatroom active, which only resulted in awesome memes (Mecha is gonna banned people etc etc).

Maybe we can try an IRC chat? most sites I know of do that and there's usually 50+ people in the chat all the time. Granted the other sites have much more traffic and regulars but it might be worth the shot anyway.
