But as for rivalries, Jin vs Alex. I won't mind having the two of them going at it on the same side, but having them punching each other isn't so bad either.

I don't think Juri and Hwo would be a good rivalry tbh, ano they have the same style technically and they are both Korean but she's just too evil and he is a hothead..doesn't match to me.

Juri v Anna works for me and Hwo v someone like Ken or Yun.

For some reason I agree with you, but mostly about Hwoarang. I can portray him fighting with Ken, I'm not sure about Juri though...

Ya,that works. Dudley v Steve is better imo though because they look like they would be closer to the same weight class and they're both British. Balrog would be too huge and strong for Steve. Ya, I know it's not real life and it doesn't matter but I'm just sayin'. I like Bryan v Balrog. They both have that vicious demeanor and style.

not even well you're right about dudley and Steve being in the same class of weight but if Dudley is whooping that fools ass left and right what makes you think that Steve can't whoop Balrog's ass too?

Dudely always kicks Balrog's ass according to what? The storyline? I don't see how that's possible since SSF4 is the first game they've been in together. If you mean that Dudley players are always beating Balrog players, in that case any character can beat any character so why are we even discussing these rivalries? Size, weight, speed, background, style and personality mean next to nothing. All that matters is who's behind the controller/stick. I mean, ATL hoa just took MLG Dallas with Jack-6, for cryin' out loud.

I'm saying that Dudley is a more ideal matchup for Steve in regards to the characteristics I just mentioned. Of course people are gonna want to see Steve vs Balrog for the simple fact that they're both boxers. That just goes without saying. But what else do they really have in common? To me Dudley is a better fit for Steve. In the end everybody's gonna end up fighting everybody anyway but I thought the point here was to post what match-ups we'd like to see.

no I don't want to see steve vs balrog at all I want to see Steve vs Dudley because Dudley is wayy more quicker than balrog although balrog may have a little more power but dudley has da speed baby woot! lol anyway dudley would definitely be a more suitable opponent to steve.

Ya. Looks like my statement about them being closer in weight was off. Dudley is, in fact, a heavyweight. But ya, his quicker, more fluid boxing style compliments Steve's style much more than Balrog's flat-footed, "swing for the fences" approach. Dudley v Steve it is.
