Moveset: More or less the first super cheap boss.
(Jinpachi had his stun but was just a normal sized normal fighter boss besides that.)

Also, you can actually punish Jinpachi and counter him too, while Azazel can be punished in very rare situations and can't be countered unless he wants to be hit.... What a bunch of balls....

Appearance: I guess he looks alright and cool looking.


Moveset: To be honest, I don't know what the heck I'm doing when I play as him but he deals great damage but some people are sick of his same juggles like flamingo and all that.


Story: Pretty good I guess, he's Hwoarang's master and he'll do anything to train Hwoarang harder with his Tae Kwon Do fighting style.


Personality: He can he a bit strict but he's a good guy with a good heart.


X-Factor: I like Baek, he's pretty cool on my books, I hope his ending in T6 isn't cannon, I want Baek to keep on living! Even though I like Baek, I prefer Hwoarang more but Baek is cool.


Final Score: 8/10

Appearance: the old beak always reminds me of Mr. Miyagi for some reason
a cool, old, wise mentor.

Moveset: He came before Hwoarang (who's real popular now) so you gotta give him that.
and I love their movesets. kicks>punches

Story: I don't really know much about his story, but him being the Mr. Miyagi of Hwoarang makes him automatically cool. I really like the master/apprentice bond they have.

Appearance:His age betrays his hair color. He's not all that old and I like his Suit and Tekken 2/Tag Outfit

Moveset:Annoying but it's good and effective

Story:Keep Hwoarang on a good road seems to describe it. Although I wish they'd continue his feud with Law.

Personality:Calm, Strict, and Classy alright.

Score:7.5/10

Okay so Baek...

Appearance: 1P is typical tae-kwon-do style, 2P very classy and stylish, I like his ponytail too.

Move set: Pretty neat, I mean the only part I'm having troubles with learning to punish is his FLA stance strings and cancels.

Story: Pretty good, not all that though.

X-factor: You know what I'll say here so... I'll skip it for now...

Appearance: Classic lines, classic gi, classic suit. Classy. He seems quite particular as well. His shoes are shined.


Moveset: I've recently attempted to main him. I find him more accessible then Hwoarang, who I find really difficult to use.


Story: His T2 story was quite interesting and dramatic. In T5 he did little in terms of story, he was more a token returning character than anything and a foil for Hwoarang. In T6, they do kick it up a notch with him being part of the revolt group in SC. I found that interesting. His ending was brilliant, but I really don't want him to die in canon. He's actually just started to get development! And a solid rival for Marshall is great as well.


Personality: I do love this guy's stage on SC. He wasn't what I was expecting. He's eloquent, sardonic, and classy. He tends to side with the more neutral aspects of good and evil, believing in a means to the end. Considering the unstable, unhappy bloke he was in T2, I can believe this development.


X-Factor: The sudden involvement in the plot in T6 really boosted this character for me. I genuinely find him fascinating and flawed, and he's a great mentor to the equally flawed Hwoarang.


Final Score: 7/10

Appearance: I would say he's the classiest man, but probably less stylish in his default costume; that's when most younger males (and Lee) edge past him. But again, it's always good to see a character stick to it's roots, being a dedicated Taekwondo practitioner - he looks perfect. On his looks: tbh, didn't pay much attention to him during gameplay, but during story modes he looks real fine.

Moveset: Again, didn't pay much attention to him much (nor had used him against others), so I can't tell his moves apart from Hwoarang. Having said that, I find his combos and juggles pretty cool.

Story: I had started from Tekken 3, so can't comment much on Baek. But as I looked back the storyline (had to..), I found his story very appealing. Killing your loved ones by accident, can it get any more tragic? Life has been unfair to him in a strange way, and then BAM! Harada banishes him from the next two Tekkens! Poor Baek.
He, along with Hwoarang represents an epic tutor-pupil relationship. That's all..

Personality: A very real personality for his part of the story + what the person above me said

X-Factor: The fact that he has the rebel yeller Hwoarang behave like a wet cat in front of him. And, his juggles.

Final Score: 7.5/10

okay because he's one of my favorite I will rate him.

Appearance: I love all his appearance especially that ponytail cause its made him a wise classy old man.

Moveset: At first, I never knew him because I began with Tekken 3. But then, I played Tekken 5 and starting to know him. Hwoarang is my favorite and I love his moveset so I tried to use Baek and tadaaa I love Baek and his moveset, even more than Hwoarang.

Story: I only knew that he is Hwoarang's teacher and I love his Tekken 5 ending. But then, maybe the only thing that lacking from him is story. He just appear as Hwoarang's teacher but just it. Although I love him but I'm okay with his ending on Tekken 6 and don't mind if its canon because it will make Hwoarang story become interesting, not only about how to defeat Jin.

Personality: For me he's the best personality among Tekken male character. Wise and nice teacher, and he has this charisma that I can't explain it.

X-Factor: I don't have an idea about this

Overall, Baek bores me. Sure, he's got teh classy swag going on, but that's all he has in my eyes. He's never been much of a factor to me, so I can't really say many positive things about him. That's about it.

Appearance: Meh, classy old korean taekwondo man.

Moveset: 3,4,4,3,4,3,3+4,d/+3,4,u/f+3,4,3,4,4,3...

Story: Hwoarang teacher. I don't know anything else of him tbh.

Personality: What can I say? A wise master? Really? Idk.

X-Factor: Annoying kicks.
