Jun will not cause plot problems. When Jun returns Jin, Kaz, heihachi, SOMEONE would have to take notice and actually do something. Anything that progresses the story is better than the filler we got in T5/6. Progression > filler.

See my point? She would spark something in the main plot, but it better be really interesting because a lot of the sub-plots are better than the main one.
