Feedback on the Moderating Team

Sorry about that. Although, generally, the mods are doing their job the right way. What I have stated before is the only little problem that I have.

People misunderstand the whole Paragon (not calling her the other name and as long as it isn't offensive nothing wrong with it) calling characters fat and ugly and they dying point people made. The point was that she was saying people LIKE those characters should die and such. In other words she's saying any real life people who are anything like the game characters physically are more or less a disgrace to her (incredibly flawed sense of physical beauty which is disproved by medicine itself) which is sickening of the highest calibur. I have NEVER once seen her punished for it. There was a time where I thought she was cool and actually considered her a friend. We'd joked around a lot. The when she let her model status be common knowledge she just became one of the most people associated with ignorance I have seen for some time. Her modship only made it worse.

Does she do her job as a mod? SOME of the mod's job is to due mod duties such as watching over the threads, keeping order, locking threads and such. Does she do some of that? yes and it varies to how well. But then other jobs such as exemplary behavior are clearly ignored. Sorry but you don't get to give 50% and be a mod. Either go 100% or GTFO.

Alright, time to say some thing I've been building up in myself for too long.
First of I agree with most of the people who posted here before me. Mostly about Sunlighter and some posts about Razer.

So okay, into personal opinions:

Sunlighter:
I don't have anything new to add what hasn't been said so far. She's fun and nice but in not the way a mod should be. Sometimes it's really visible she's not suited for the role. I know she's a model and such and she has that kind of the style of being fancy but... exactly. Is it how it should be?
About her insults about Julia and Asuka:
it's perfectly okay to have her opinion on them but when she uses all of the opportunities to diss them when it's uncalled for - it's really frustraiting. She can say as she likes about them in her thread or threads that are based on 'like/dislike, personal opinions etc'. When she says that all the time it's really out of a place and shows how ignorant she is. I can tell why some people doesn't even wanna to register here because of her.
She's a good and funny user but she's totally not suited for the role she's been granted long time ago.

Razer:
I hear suprisingly a lot of good comments about her. It's all nice and bueno but... I think that the people who actually see her as totes friendly person are no one else than her friends. Someone who's not close with her could actually see all of her flaws and kind of hipocricy in terms of allowing her certain friends to act as they like on TN.
I know she has some kind of illness and that makes her more angry and more mean than she's irl but it doesn't change the fact she could be really mean to people who are not her friends or not share her views and ideas.
I've never thought that because she's the self-proclaimed one of the best fiction writters some people are relatively high in her hierarchy. Mostly because they support her and her stories. But I can't deny it might be true.
So bascially: she might do her duties as mod but her personality and attitude are leaving a huge and nasty mark on her role as one. It's time she needs to be told about that.
Also: someone with short temper shouldn't be a mod. If she can't contain some bitter words or stop setting her friends against other users she should just stop keeping proudly the mod badge on her chest and be just a normal member.

Melee:
He's fun and open person but I don't see what he's doing good for TN as mod. His posts are constructive, he doesn't spam but I guess he's lacking something to make me feel satisfied.

Tofma:
It's actually one of the mods I'm being happy to have around. He never gets into fights, mean arguments nor uses profanities to swear at other members. He's also closing threads as I see and deals with reports. So I'm all good with him.

Muggshotter:
The same kind of stuff with Tofma. I like how he doesn't have strong friendships with any other mods that might suggest he got his modship through symphathy, not actual skills.

Jurn:
He poses to be a badass guy. Tough cookie as may say other people. I don't have a problem with him but the way he curses or shows how he doesn't care about most of people and their issues they're serious about makes me wanna wonder how the hell he was chosen to be a mod in a first place. He's doing his mod job or at least he was doing it for some time but the way he acts also should be taken care of.

C_C being a possible mod:
Hell no.
He's just like Jurn. He doesn't use profanities, but he's almost as mean and heartless in some cases that are offputting a lot of people. I don't think that someone with a short temper or with no patience and abbility to listen to other people should be a mod in general. That makes him be almost like a programmed bot, not a living person.

WhoreANG!:
I don't get why he should go. He's doing his job and is actually nice and friendly. He doesn't spam, start an argue or is mean to some people on TN.
His modship was approved by the whole team so that means something.
Another thing is he was chosen to watch over certain sub-forums or threads which are commonly seen or considered as calm or boring. No wonder some people don't see him as doing something useful.
Maybe because he is a mod, those places are drama-free?

Tiexandrea:
He actually has everything to be a mod but he's kind of innactive lately. He doesn't act as if he's a part of mod team tbh. But I have a fairy good opinion on him so even if he won't be as much active as I want him to be, I have nothing bad to say about him.

Gotenks:
I used to see him doing his job all the time, now it looks like he's not giving TN enough of time and care as other mods which is kind of worrying. And actually I'm not sure if he really wants to be one anymore. He needs to think about that.

Xykon The Lich:
He's that kind of person that in first I didn't like the idea of him being a mod for one single reason: something's telling me it's not his role. He's nice, friendly but also as other people has his flaws. But he admits them and improves very soon and is open for suggestions and doesn't throw profanities at people who don't share his ideas.
I think he's doing his job as a mod but should be watched over by Deebo or Mechacide to check if he's doing good. If he passes the test for being a long-time mod then he was a good choice in the end.

The mods are nice, but of course, there are concerns

First off, Sunlighter is a really good mod. She's always quick to lock threads and edit posts against the TOS, but I do think she needs to be a little less offensive.

Razer is a good mod too and I share the same concern about her as I do Sunlighter. Her posts can come off as offensive at times and she's definitely unnecessarily harsh with some users who don't really do stuff wrong, and nicer to some who do do stuff wrong, but are funny about it.

I feel Tiexandrea isn't that active of a mod. It's definitely a bit peculiar to me.

Jurn, I feel, can be very rude to some users. It also comes off as intentional to me, and I don't really see him doing mod duties that often.

Xykon is a nice mod, but my concern is that he doesn't seem too active as a Mod...

and Gotenks, WhoreANG!, Tofma, Muggshotter and Melee_Sovereign are doing fine jobs as mods.
