A user is only allowed one thread per topic, h would then rebump the thread whenever he has something new to offer. For example "deebo tribute thread" and "deebo matches thread" will be different, but when ever I have a new match I'd like to show you guys I'd need to rebump my match thread and post it there, rather than make a new one.
Another rule is that I'm going to allow users to post there videos in other sections of the forum, so long as it's on topic.
