I wonder what "PP" means

some ppl think this ain't the classical one, but it is, I think the old one had red stripes somewhere. This is just an updated version

once again this outfit is Updated version Just like Kazuya's purple tuxedo...
and the red stripes is on the back deebo...

It may not be "PP"; it can be a kind of pocket or just a detail [shrug]

And yeah, that's an updated version of her classical outfit.
