Arcangelo's father, Fortunato, was the owner of a famous Italian vehicle company, whose partner corporation was the Rochefort Oil Enterprises, which was owned by Mr. Rochefort, the owner of the company. Suddenly, the company was taken over by Mishima Zaibatsu around the same time as the Rochefort Oil Enterprises, and Arcangelo was determined to destroy Jin, who was the owner of the Zaibatsu, causing him to wander off to China and learn the ancient style of Chinese Kung Fu, making him an excellent fighter; however, hearing that Jin has died, his focus turned to Heihachi, the main boss behind all of this. So, in order to eliminate Heihachi and bring his father’s company back to its past glory, he enters the King of Iron Fist Tournament 7 to do so immediately.

As Arcangelo wins, he looks over Kuma's body. "Hmph. Remind me to clean up scum like you." He then walks away.

Stage 9 – Heihachi (his final boss)

Arcangelo shakes his fist at Heihachi. “Payback time has come, Signore Heihachi.” Heihachi crosses his arms with a smirk. “So, how has Mr. Cavallaro been?” Arcangelo looks onto Heihachi. “He’s still into depression because of his company, and you will be too.” He gets into fighting stance. “Be prepared to die, Mishima.”

If the player beats Heihachi with Arcangelo, it shows only his third win pose.
