That sounds like quite the ambitious undertaking!

Well, my only suggestion is that you have a goal in mind before getting started. I find it always helps to know where you're going before setting off on any journey. Just think of what kind of ending you want for your story. It'll make filling in the missing parts a bit easier, I think.

hey thnx yea , i decided to do this cuz i didn't find that many bryan fury fics so i decided it was worth the challenge and i find his story to be quite interesting , about knowing the goal do u mean like knowing the ending beforehand ?

-- Consider your character arcs. How will Bryan change as a person throughout these ordeals?
-- Consider your climax/resolution
-- Is there going to be a theme? If so, what is it? (what is the underlying message you're trying to tell the reader?)
-- A beta may help if you feel it's necessary, not just for editing but to bounce ideas off as well (just don't harass them too often)

I agree, Bryan definitely has the potential for an interesting story. Such an intense character!

And yeah, I always found that it's just easier if you plan things out a little beforehand. But don't forget that things can always change as the story progresses.

So, buffdaddy, how is the fanfic coming along? Have you made any progress?

hey yea , ive made some progress , i wrote down the begining , ending and all the stuff that happens in between as well as all the character relationships that will be developed, so basically the plan itself is complete , gonna start writing as soon as i finish some school stuff , WAY excited !

That's awesome! Keep it up! Oh, and try not to do what I do. It takes me forever to finish a story because I get lazy and spend, like, 10 months on a single chapter. Make sure you write regularly so the characters don't become stale.

Lol, sometimes I do that, but as of now......I get ahead of myself and write future chapters instead of the current one XD

Actually, that's not really a bad thing at all. Whenever you feel stuck on a certain part, it's much better to at least move on to a later part and come back to the difficult section later than to just stop and not write at all.


UPDATE: Holy shit! I'm almost done with my fanfic! XD I'm so excited to finally finish it. Anyone else know these feels?

Grats on nearly finishing! I know those feels very well. Kinda miss those feels though seeing as I haven't actually finished a multichap in ages.

Its sorta worse when you put like five years into a whole series of things and then bam its finished and you feel like you don't know what to do with yourself anymore

Yeah, my biggest motivation for finishing this fanfic is so that I can finally continue with another one that I started.

I've usually just written one at a time, but I wanted to get the beginning to my Yoshimitsu/Jun fanfic out there so I don't completely forget about it. XD
