and i challenge you to find a character that is so badass, that both fights and looks good, and is so cool that makes fun of the biggest scariest demons two guns and a big sword, white hair and red coat.
imo he is very unique.

I was not talking about the other members within this Nation Tofma but what the gaming world and audience has been reduce to. I myself liked it when Capcom was operating in the 1990s where they had Street Fighter and other organisations creating similar games. There were many othergames developers in the mix and there were those programming games in their basement but they didn't do it for the money oh no they did it for the passion and now I find that passion is gone. When I said wrong things I was talking about small things which seem to impress us quite easily. I doubt you understand what I mean but you can take it as you please.

Dante started the "killing" trend since Devil May Cry 1, God of War and many other great action games came afterwards. So if anything, a lot of characters after Dante aren't very special. Then again, this is just how I look at it.

Its cosmetic you're complaining about, it wont change the gameplay. Sure, hes fugly, but he's still got his bad ass trait. And tofma, what the hell do you mean by wannabe dante? It is dante, so why wouldn't he be doing that, sorry but thats just a dumb opinion.

Maybe you two are right but I don't want to play as a guy who's not the Dante that I used to love. I play games because I like the plot or characters (decent graphic is important as well) but if the character I was wishing for is ruined then I say a big NO to the game. And just thinking of '2nd Dante' or 'The Other Dante' while playing won't help. :/

The plot for DmC is horrible imo, its the gameplay that got me intrested so I suppose thats why I'm not crying. Anyways, my point was lock this thread because I feel no sensible discussion going on. The "discussion" going on atm is about cosmetics, not the game, the possible plot oh and dont forget the most important thing, the revaaaamp. I can take it if you don't want to play the game cause it didn't continue on the plot, but willing to not play the game cause of new dante is just ridicilous. But everyones entitled to their own opinions and I won't go any further on about it.

So imo, start discussing about the gameplay or something else besides the cosmetic change or lock this.

I can keep this going cause obviously you haven't read this thread but whatever, I give up. All I know is im going to enjoy this game while others boycott it over a cosmetic change.

Actually I read enough to know that you fail to notice that not everyone is QQ over the cosmetic changes you call it.
