Do you want TK X SF out on consoles first?

Considering. I think Western region need console first. RT @LayLowMo　TKxSF is going to be arcade first too, right?

Interesting turn of events would be nice if they made it for consoles getting it out quicker than arcades first. But what about Balancing? if it comes out for console owners then i hope they have testers during development.

If Namco's smart and like money, they'll keep their Arcade-before-Console -policy for this one too. But people in the west like their Street Fighter so it might be a smart move to release the console version in the west first.

Personally speaking, while I would appreciate an early console release I still have other games to play a considerable amount and I'd rather not have yet another game fight for the spotlight that is my free time.

And I wanna play it asap. They can always fix it later via dlc or something. Asians can have arcades before getting console version if they want but the rest of the world should get their copies earlier. >_>

Don't think so it wouldn't be the first Fighting game to go straight to consoles (DOA3 and 4)

I think it should be balanced in Arcades first because we do not it to come out and be like Ehrgeiz.
Although I loved Ehrgeiz and still do mainly Arcade but I did recognize it's flaws.

and critics did not like it either.
however I think the game had a "deepness" that was a hard to master and tap into.
you do legit 10hit+ combos in Ehrgeiz however most people to do know how to get that strange fighting engine to look professional.

and I suck at ehrgeiz to but I have people who show how deep that game really was and you tell by looking at the command sheets and Gamefaqs.com
the characters have more moves than in tekken 3,
I actually even pull off the Jump kick THE SAME WAY I DO IN TEKKEN!
Most People will be WTF are talking about Ehrgeiz had a Jump Button.
Yes but how ever when tap then hold in a direction your character will jump like in Tekken and from here you can kick in the air.
however in the ps1 version this was messed up.
(on ps1 it is doable but only in the hold-select versions of the stages and much harder to pull of and kinda sloppy)
but you can download Ehrgeiz Arcade Version with Zinc Emulator and Zenith frontend and it plays better.

Anyways back why Tekken X Street Fighter should be in Arcades b4 consoles.
cause they have location test and if we wait they will making more characters probably b4 this comes to consoles.
and it will be fine tuned out of the box.

free balance patches can fix any balance issues the game gets, so honestly the sooner we can play it on consoles the better! (seriously guys, the day of having to wait for balancing from the arcades are behind us, that's what console balance patches are for!)

Arcade first. I don't want SFxT all over again...Patch after patch after patch...Besides if they don't plan on adding new characters after the Arcade release then we won't really have to wait that long all they would have to do is fix the problems and we could have the game released less than a year later...Besides that if they plan on doing this whole SF=6 buttons TK=4 buttons they will have to test to see how it goes over with the fans won't they? Although I feel they shouldn't do six buttons anyway because SFxT didn't.

Street Fighter x Tekken did not do six button-layout? What?
That was part of the core controls of the game, Tekken characters just had some of the moves act out the same way they do in Tekken with the first four attack buttons.

Tekken characters had six buttons to play with just like everyone else. But, you could get by with four. i.e., JFSR was still cd+4, but it was also cd+3 and cd+R2, obviously varying in strength. With characters like Xiaoyu, if you went LP, MP, HP, it did a punch string of sorts.

Also, sticking by what I said earlier in the thread and saying "arcade first kthnx". Because although the scene is not strong in America, it's quite strong in other parts of the world (Japan, Korea, Australia, etc) and would get quite a bit of cash going.
