Problem with Alisa's move

Alisa has a move that she throws the opponent and rocket them in air. I think it's double bull shoot, or something like that. I really want to learn that move, but it's so hard! Can someone try to explain to me how it works?

And if you want to learn her moves

- Practice mode
- Chose Alisa
- During The Fight press start button
- go at Command List
- you will find the inputs which shows like forward green button...etc
- press the x button then you wil see video demonstration of that move
