Two 32 fighter brackets will be created displaying each contestants name.
Each fighter on the top bracket will be responsible for creating the fight room.
Each fight must start no later than 10 minutes after each round set time. If the fighter responsible for creating the fight room fails to create the room that fighter will be given a loss, and the fighters opponent shall be victorious, and advance in the brackets.
The 1st Round of this tournament is slated to Start August 5, 2010 at 9:00 pm est. Each fighter must report the fight results no later than 1 hour after the fight. We must be able to get all information in fast to update standings bracket, and get to the next rounds of this tournament. If the fight results fail to get submitted by the due time, but are submitted after by each fighter the winner of that war will receive a loss, and the loser will receive a double loss removing him/her from the tournament. It is important that results be submitted, and contestants follow the rules, and have fun.
After each round, and with the standings being updated a new set time will be given to each participant for the next round of this tournament. The same procedure will be followed for making fight rooms, reporting results, and moving forward in the standings bracket.
The fighters responsible for making the fight rooms must have the opponent on their friends list were they can be sent an invite into the fight room no later than 10 minutes after the official start time of that round. The fighter shall make the room with the following settings.

It is up to the fighters in each fight to create a warm-up room to test connection, and log of the 2 fighters. This is not required, but may help to eliminate issues.
If any fighter loses his/her connection before the fight starts restart the fight once the fighter has rejoined. If a fighter loses his/her connection mid-game, the fighter will receive a forfeit for that round.
The official timezone for this tournament is Eastern Standard Time. Fighters must be aware of their own timezones, and the difference in times for each fight. Not knowing your own time does not allow for forgiveness for not showing for the fight.
